Customize appearance on desktop

  • Go to Settings & Members at the top of your left-hand sidebar.

  • A new window will open. In its sidebar, click the tab labeled Appearance.

  • Use the dropdown to switch between the following options:

    • Select Use system setting to follow your system appearance setting.

    • Select Light to display light mode.

    • Select Dark to display dark mode.

  • You can also turn dark mode on or off anytime with the shortcut: cmd/ctrl + shift + L.

Customize appearance on mobile

  • Open the sidebar by tapping the โ˜ฐ icon in the top left-hand corner.

  • Scroll to Notifications & settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

  • A popup will appear. Scroll to the section labeled Appearance and use the dropdown to select your preferred appearance setting.

  • Use the dropdown to switch between the following options:

    • Select Use system setting to follow your system appearance setting.

    • Select Light to display light mode.

    • Select Dark to display dark mode.

Note: When you select dark mode, it applies to all workspaces you're signed into on your account. If you switch between them, they'll all be dark.
